Our Nine-Part Live Sessions Roadmap

Wednesday, April 3, 9PM ET
01: Why EDIFY?

Do you have all the self-help books? No matter how you answer that question, you are wired for growth and change. In this session, we will discuss how we chose the theme, EDIFY, and bust the religious myths that keep us stuck.

Thursday, May 16, 9PM ET
02: How to Reset Your Life

What do you do when life feels out of control? Tragedy, trauma, and transitions can disrupt and even derail our thoughts, emotions, and actions. In this session, we'll talk honestly about re-setting our lives and growing through challenges and hardship.

Tuesday, June 4, 9PM ET
03: How to Know God for Yourself

We all come to a place in our lives where we must grapple with the “God questions.” Does God exist? If so, what kind of God is He? Yet just as important is the question, “How do I know God for myself?” Is it possible to have a relationship with God? If so, how? Join us as we explore these important questions and more.

Wednesday, July 3, 9PM ET
04: How to Love What God Loves and Hate What God Hates

You'll never do anything different or better unless you want to. And you'll never want to until you grow in perspective to the point that the "want-to" drive overrides "don't-want-to" stasis. In this session, we will discuss the motivating power of love and why it is the only force that ever brings true and lasting change.

Wednesday, August 7, 9pm ET
05: How Not to Think

Believe it or not, how we think is often more consequential than what we think. In this session, we will discuss the many ways we can sabotage our thinking, such as cognitive biases, binary thinking, false assumptions, and more. We will also learn what it means to think with God and how to analyze our thought life from a gospel perspective.

Wednesday, September 4, 9pm ET
06: Ask Us Anything

Life is full of questions. In this session, we will open the floor to your questions about life, faith, and, well, anything and respond to them using the principles and teachings discussed so far in our EDIFY series.

Wednesday, October 9, 9pm ET
07: How to Navigate a Toxic Culture

Are you part of a toxic culture? Whenever humans get together, there is a risk of the culture becoming toxic. In this session, we will identify the markers of a toxic culture, what the Bible says about how to influence culture positively, and when to walk away from a toxic environment.

Wednesday, November 6, 9pm ET
08: How to Make a Great Sandwich and a Good Life

In a duel to the death, who would win—PB&J or grilled cheese? Are you team whole wheat or sourdough? It does not take much thought to realize that a great sandwich and a good life have a lot in common. In this session, we’ll explore the vital combination of ingredients for both.

Wednesday, December 4, 9pm ET
09: How to Throw a Party

No one throws a party like God. Just ask the prodigal son. As we near the end of the year, we want to invite and challenge our community to engage in radical hospitality, good news celebration, and uncommon joy.
