Flying In? Nearby Airports:
- Eugene Airport (EUG) – 25 miles (35-minute drive)
- Portland International Airport (PDX) – 120 miles (2-hour drive)
Driving Directions:
From I-5, take Exit 194A onto Hwy 126 East toward Springfield. Continue straight as the highway ends at Main Street—stay on the same road as it becomes Jasper Lowell Road. Drive 5.8 miles from Main Street, then turn right onto Laurelwood Campus.
Car Rentals and Rideshares:
Rental cars are available at both airports, and rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) operate in the area.
Parking:
Free on-site parking is available for all attendees. Registered RVs must park in designated zones.

All on-site accommodations are to be reserved through the convocation registration portal.
Early arrival on Tuesday (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM) is available at no additional cost for those registered for the full event. Attendees may check in and set up lodging during this time.
